Returns / Refund

If Items are faulty or damaged, you must notify within 48 hours of the receipt. All store returns of online purchases are eligible for exchanges or store credit only. Any exchanges can be accepted within 14 days from when you receive the item. If exchanges are approved, items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with the hang tags still attached, and in their original packaging). Masks are non-refundable due to hygiene concerns.
You will be responsible for all shipping fees associated with returned items. All items are final sale, unless the item was damaged upon receipt, in which case, the item will be exchanged.
