Returns / Refund
If Items are faulty or damaged, you must notify email@example.com within 48 hours of the receipt. Any exchanges or returns can be accepted within 14 days from when you receive the item. If exchanges or returns are approved, items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with the hang tags still attached, and in their original packaging). Masks are non-refundable due to hygiene concerns
You will be responsible for all shipping fees associated with returned items. All sale/discount items are final sale, unless the item was damaged upon receipt, in which case, the item will be exchanged.
