Shipping Info

MERCY HOUSE processes orders on weekdays (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Although most orders will be shipped out within 3 business days or less, please allow up to 5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped. 

Orders within Canada are always granted a tracking number. US and international orders are not granted a tracking number unless the shipping method selected at checkout includes tracking (Canada Post currently does not offer tracking for US and international orders using their “Small Packet” service). 
The estimated shipping time may be subject to delays due to customs, destination, and national holidays. We ask that you please allow up to 10 business days for parcels with tracking, and 12 business days for parcels without tracking, before contacting us in regards to your order. If you have yet to receive your order within this time frame or your estimated delivery date has passed, please contact us at and we will advise Canada Post.
MERCY HOUSE is not responsible for destination country tax and/or duty charge if incurred. Buyer will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country.

Please note: MERCY HOUSE is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.
If your package is not successfully delivered and is sent back to MERCY HOUSE by the courier, we will contact you and refund the merchandise. The original shipping fee is not refundable.
