GIBGAB is Gaby Novoa, a queer ceramic artist raised in Montreal, with Nicaraguan and mixed roots. 

Each piece created for Mercy House moves through a patient process: 
wheel thrown, dried, trimmed, dried, fired, glazed and fired once again.

Each ceramic holds traces of the slowing down and presence that the practice relies on, inviting mindfulness from those whose hands they end up in.
